Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to Free. If a renewal payment fails, Pro and the 7-day retention end until the payment succeeds.
Payments are taken by a payment processor, so your card details never reach our servers. Prices exclude any local sales tax or VAT that may apply.
Renders are processed a couple at a time depending on the machine, so a burst of requests may queue briefly. Free accounts can keep 2 renders in flight at once and Pro accounts 6. Monthly caps are 7 (Free) and 100 (Pro) on a rolling 30-day window. Story length is capped per plan — 1,500 characters on Free and 3,000 on Pro. Finished videos are held for 1 hour on Free and 7 days on Pro, after which they are deleted from the server.
Plan limits are defined in one place in the codebase, so they can change as capacity does. If we ever reduce the retention period you have already paid for, we will tell you first.
